an array of electronic signals
signals train operators
when to move foreward
and forewarns when to stop

two L trains collide
at Low speed
in rush Hour
purple and brown
purplebrown
brown approaches purple
brownbrown
breaks before
purplepurplebrown
before

(qu'il est lâche!)

"it is against," he said
"violates," the spokeswoman for
"due to," explains
"the rules," she contests
"must be," the chairman intercepts

"it appears to be a slow-speed accident," she said

(quelle vache!)

rush hour peaks

"this was the longest peak," he claimed
"stuck for two...," a passenger...
"reading a paper when," added
"twohundredpound man," screamed

two L trains
following
the five forty five
curve when
brown into purple
browned
brown purpled
purred brown
brawned purple

third L train
stopped
short of the site
where collision
was spotted
& stared at
the couple
purplebrown
brownpurple

"he, too, violated," asserted
"human error," they said
"at least, at first blush," hypothesized
"it shouldn't have," disavowed

a disarray of electric wires
warns of high voltage

"please, do not touch"
